Our Background
One Stop Web Works was established as a natural extension of Recruitico Limited, a well-established company that has been providing offshore remote staffing and outsourcing solutions to digital agencies and tech companies across the UK and the US since 2018. Recruitico has grown steadily by supplying skilled remote teams that integrate into client operations and support ongoing delivery requirements.
As Recruitico expanded its client base, recurring operational challenges became clear. Many agencies had strong commercial demand but were constrained by website delivery capacity, ongoing maintenance workloads, and technical support requirements.
Recruitico was already supplying the remote resources behind much of this work. Creating a dedicated web delivery function was a practical and deliberate progression.
Why One Stop Web Works Exists
One Stop Web Works was formed as a fully owned subsidiary of Recruitico Limited with a focused remit: web design and development. Rather than operating as a generalist digital agency, One Stop Web Works was designed to specialise, allowing for consistent processes, clearer accountability, and reliable delivery.
By concentrating exclusively on websites, we are able to maintain technical standards, manage delivery at scale, and support long-term website performance rather than short-term campaigns.

One Stop Web Works was initially built to support agencies through a white-labelled delivery model. We operate as an extension of agency teams, delivering website builds, updates, and ongoing support while agencies retain full ownership of their client relationships.
We do not compete with agencies on SEO or PPC. All search engine optimisation and paid advertising work is referred back to our agency partners and clients. This ensures clarity of roles, avoids service overlap, and allows agencies to grow recurring revenue while relying on us for dependable website delivery.
Extended to Support Businesses
In 2023, One Stop Web Works made a considered decision to extend its website services directly to businesses. This move was made with the full support of our existing agency partners and clients, ensuring transparency and alignment across our delivery model.
Offering websites directly to businesses allows us to apply the same structured approach, technical standards, and delivery processes used for agency projects. Importantly, this does not change our position on SEO or PPC. All search engine optimisation and paid advertising work continues to be referred to our agency partners and clients, creating a clear and mutually beneficial arrangement.
For agencies, this protects and strengthens their recurring services. For businesses, it provides access to reliable website delivery without being pushed into bundled services they may not need. The result is a balanced, practical model that works for all parties involved.
